Private network
Beyond legacy VPN architecture: network access over transient routing paths.
The private network is MYTHASE's first product: a client that sends a device's traffic through the stealth network instead of through a single VPN server.
Compared to a VPN
| Typical VPN | MYTHASE private network | |
|---|---|---|
| Who sees your traffic | One provider sees source and destination | No single relay sees both |
| Server addresses | Fixed, often listed publicly | Rotate every epoch |
| Account | Persistent, often tied to payment | Short-lived, per-session identifiers |
| Logs | Policy promise | Stateless instances with nothing to keep |
| Traffic shape | Sizes and timing preserved | Uniform cells and timing smoothing |
Planned features
- Desktop and mobile clients.
- Per-app routing: choose which apps use the private layer.
- Adjustable privacy level, trading latency and bandwidth for stronger traffic-analysis resistance.
- Kill switch: no traffic leaves the device unprotected if the path drops.
